Feral Fitness is an evolutionary approach to fitness. Our approach to fitness and training is predicated on the core belief that as wild animals, humans are the products of natural selection, embodying fine adaptation to Paleolithic environment and stimuli. We employ novel training methods to facilitate reaching the full genetic potential inherent in us. Our guiding principle is that our modern lifestyle is out of sync with the needs of our bodies. By addressing the difference between the two we can become fitter, healthier, happier, and more fulfilled.
